The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commisison is providing online education programs that will be launched later this year. It is called ALIS - Aged Care Learning Information Solution.  

The first learning modules will focus on the Aged Care Quality Standards. The topics include: 

• meet the Aged Care Quality Standards;
• deliver safe and quality care and services; and
• demonstrate tangible positive outcomes for consumers. 

For OneVault clients, just use the special temaplate for external learning and guide your staff to any web site where they can log in and get started. Of course, OneVault will track attendance for you and let you report on attendance rates without you having to spend hours gathering certificates and plugging numbers into a spreadsheet. There is also a new series of great online videos about creating a safe environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and/or intersex (LGBTI) people in aged care.
